Pros
Had the benefit of working with some lovely people. Really can't think of anything else to be honest.
Cons
Have to constantly buy overpriced clothes that fall apart. Terrible dms. Pushed to make everyone join the online shopping store and then lost customers. Take huge returns from online store that puts your store in the negative. Had to work on my own time to complete weekly store flips without being given hours for my staff. Ridiculous buisness plans that dont contribute to advancing your stores productivity. Was pushed to scare my staff about being fired when sales where down on slow times. Was pushed to write employees up if not spending enough on new clothes weekly. Overall the most depressing company I've ever worked for.
