      You do feel just a number in a big wheel Progression can be very slow There can be a big division between head office and shop staff Can be very unorganised and very last minute on everything

      - good discount - allowance - great quality clothes

      Cons

      There was poor communication and the managers never took accountability for anything. The top sales employees felt overworked and just left the company. We rarely made goals and managers would blame the team even though they didn't advertise the grand opening.
