Hybrid working is great, but sometimes miss seeing my team in person a little more often (we do have regular company events though)

Where do I start? The big pros for me are the work itself, my work/life balance and the amazing benefits. The work is exactly what I love doing, combining training and coaching with Lean and Operational Excellence. I get to design e-learning storyboards and see our talented developers bring them to life. I design and deliver both virtual and face-toface courses, covering topics in Lean, Leadership and CI I work mainly from home but have already had the opportunity to travel to Milan, London, Cardiff and others Were also covered by Bupa at the highest level, get our birthdays as holidays (on top of a generous 28 days leave) and contributions to our pension
