Nice people, easy going colleagues. There is a bunch of stuff to learn. You really understand how this business works after being such a position.

The management in this company is complex. The application it uses is unreliable. Too much competition. No benefits at all.

Great office environment, freedom to do your sales target, Co-worker are nice.

Long Hours 9-6pm, one huge problem with Reiko Wireless Pay is not on time, Commission for the sales team are delayed for 6-7 months thats unacceptable, unprofessional and illegal. You can’t withhold employees pay, also pay is very low. This is was the one of the reason I left Reiko Wireless after 10 yrs of work. The Owner is Chinese only speaks chinese, I experience sexual harassment in this company, and most all the chinese females employees did as well and NO ones reported this outrageous behavior from the owner. Management do not take responsibility and blame on others. Many employees left the company, No salary raise, No bonus, NO BENEFITS at all, only 5 days a year.
