High quality coworkers create a pleasant working environment. Opportunity to learn a lot about GMP contract manufacturing, and the pharma industry.
Cons
Low pay. The owners do not undersand how to grow the company so its treated as a cash cow and year over year revenue is at the mercy of the cyclical nature of the business. Internal organic growth of company is very limited.
