Pros
Work/home life is good. There is a rotating schedule for line techs but there are some weekends off, decent pay, and fully paid health, dental, and vision insurance.
Cons
There is a lack of upward mobility, but that is common with small employers. There is also a "good ol' boy" system where completely unqualified people have been treated favorably because someone in management likes them more than others.
