Pros

The job itself is okay with training in different roles. If you want more work there’s plenty of overtime available because they can’t retain staff, unsurprisingly.

Cons

Toxic work culture from the top down. Just read any media release from Rex and you will see how unprofessional they truly are. Management are happy to let you know you are just an easily replaceable number. No flexibility. Rostering is abysmal. Be prepared to work 5-7 days in a row on a part-time basis. Quality staff are overworked and under appreciated.

Pros

Good compensation, typically you spend 1 night at a time away from home (out and back), the people you work with are solid, a reasonably good relationship between scheduling and flight crew, overtime compensation is pretty good.

Cons

Overnights are nearly all min rest over nights. CEO and COO are vindictive, unprofessional and untrustworthy. The work culture is one of fear and intimidation. Unfortunately this far outweighs the benefits of working for this company. Be very careful before you work for these guys while Neville Howell is COO

Pros

Decent pay , and decent benefits.

Cons

They don't care about your well being. You get no weather protective gear. I have been there for months, and I still don't have a complete uniform set. List goes on n on.
