The Productivity Graveyard Disguised as a Company - Product Manager Regenesys Employee Review

Pros

If you’ve ever dreamed of working twelve hours a day while your sanity slowly dissolves, this is your dream destination. The Product team practically rebuilt the entire digital empire from scratch: CRM, RMS, websites, even a brand new LMS that no one upstairs will ever understand. We delivered in record time, under pressure, with zero support, and somehow kept smiling. It was like living in a motivational poster designed by Kafka.

Cons

Leadership at Regenesys is an art form. The COO radiates inspiration the way a car alarm radiates music. The CTO believes leadership means changing the plan every morning before breakfast and pretending it was strategy all along. Their favorite management tool is confusion, closely followed by random firings and unsolicited pep talks about “alignment.” Every day feels like Groundhog Day, except instead of learning something, you just get more emails with the word “urgent” in all caps. The Product team built actual working systems, while management built PowerPoint decks explaining why nothing works. HR could easily qualify for a witness protection program given how invisible they are. Working here is like trying to code during an earthquake while someone keeps unplugging your laptop for fun. Recognition is a myth. Appraisals are a joke. The only consistent thing in this company is inconsistency. If you enjoy being gaslighted by people who think Jira is a Greek philosopher, you’ll fit right in.

Pros

There were no pros for me except that I met a few really good people. Those who share the same feedback as I do. NO PROS

Cons

THE COMPANY IS A SCAM. The company seemed to operate on promises rather than delivery, whether with employees or students. Grand claims were made upfront, but the actual support and experience often fell far short of expectations. The company hired aggressively during its peak season and then carried out mass layoffs shortly afterward, citing financial issues and operational changes. Entire teams were terminated, including employees who had joined only weeks earlier. Many people had relocated or made major career decisions to join the company, only to be let go without adequate warning. What frustrated me most was the lack of transparency. Employees repeatedly raised concerns about the company's stability, but management and HR provided no indication of what was coming. The sudden layoffs reflected poor planning and a lack of respect for employees. The work culture was equally concerning. There was little structure, unclear leadership, and, in my experience, an environment where certain senior leaders did not always foster a respectful or inclusive workplace. I would advise candidates to thoroughly research the company before joining. Based on my experience, ALL the positive reviews across various platforms DO NOT accurately reflect the reality of working there. They are more like reputation management than genuine employee feedback. PS- THIS IS WHAT THE MARKETING TEAM DOES. Salary comes late. Work is NOT appreciated. Higher management does nothing except hire and fire every few months. And let's not forget the usual work politics and drama every other day. WORST. VERY DISAPPOINTING. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
