      -not super stressful all the time -work with a lot of molecules and assays -good natured people on the teams

      Cons

      -Investigations dept is not very diverse -Faced discrimination from senior management -SVP makes comments that are unprofessional and offensive -They say the position is hybrid but you only get 0.5 days from home -There is not enough space and the job can be done from home but they want you to suffer

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Flexibility of work hours.

      Cons

      If you're in the wrong group, it's a struggle to get autonomy even when you ask for more oversight of a group or project because micromanaging is an issue. I feel trapped where I am and growth has been stagnant. They also hold a mistake against you for years. Management afraid to give constructive criticism.
