Pros
Great science drives the company, good scientists, good atmosphere, hard workers, nice people, all people working for the patients, growing company
Cons
Very manager dependent, some departments & situations are not good. May be hard to move within Company. Promotion processes are not transparent, at times they do not seem fair/merit based. Rating system is arbitrary. HR department is not supportive of employees or middle managers at all; they play silly games. Pay is on the low side for pharma industry. Commercial group is becoming more influential in the science.
