Pros
people you work with are nice. Future of the company in terms of molecules discovered are very bright.
Cons
Zero Accountability for poor mangement, Managers treat people horribly and often do it face to face so it cannot be documented. A horrible system of inept managers insecure about what they bring to their role preventing others who deserve to be in those roles from ever succeeding by blocking training, learning opportunities. Racism is rampant but is kept under the lid and cold shoulders are often given until you eventually leave.
