      Pros

      Regeneron really knows how to take care of its employees. The benefits are amazing and the job is fast paced and interesting.

      Cons

      As the company has grown in size the family atmosphere has diminished a little and the amount things are impacted by bureaucracy has grown, but it is still a wonderful place to work.

      Benefits are good. Salary is decent.

      Cons

      Rudderless commercial organization run by inexperienced or inept leadership across all brands. Unfortunately, it has devolved into an atmosphere of reprisals, frustration, and kissing the ring. The company does NOT live by the principles is espouses.
