      Great pay and benefits for the area. Company tries to improve itself. Some teams are great to work with.

      Cons

      Very disengaged upper management making bad decisions and wasting employees’ time. Bad hiring and not recruiting from within- employees feel trapped.

      Great company! I loved working with my team and there was nice work-life balance.

      It's hard to think of a con, the free breakfast was just okay hah!

      work with some good people

      Cons

      1) Contractors have a HUGE uphill battle to becoming a full time Regeneron employee - no matter how good they are. 2) At the mercy of too much favoritism 3) The expectations can be unrealistic depending on who your supervisor is.
