Pros
This is a great out of college job. Building a stepping stone and meeting other people your age is amazing. You definitely learn a lot about what type of work that you like and how you work under pressure. There are so many great people that I worked with. Find your people here and you will succeeded. The perks are are amazing, from company outings to the annual holiday party, this is a great place to start off your career.
Cons
This is a tough job, depending on the team you join. In manufacturing, you are expected to go above and beyond. Management really only cares about metrics and there is a lot of messy drama between co-workers that happens (like high school vibes.
