      Owners spend a lot of time and money of advertising - Because they have to.

      Cons

      Owners are young, immature, and deceitful in all practices just like their fathers company, Regency Windows, fined $100,000 by the State Of Ohio for defrauding countless customers. Owners openly admit to posting their own reviews on Glassdoor and other social media to artificially offset the honest feedback given by actual employees. You can easily tell the difference.

      We believe this 100% false review is from a former employee whom we had to part ways with and now is trying to hurt us. It's a shame, but we are stronger than that and know our history, employee satisfaction, ethical standards and continuous high praises from the press to Angie's List speak for us. As a company, everything we do is 100% compliant. We do not condone anything else. And we certainly would never support any of the accusations this reviewer is falsely making.
