      Good starting pay and corporate propaganda. These words just filling the twenty word pro minimum. There are no other pros. At all. Like none.

      Cons

      Lack of quality leadership. Lack of servant leadership. Too much focus on gadgetry and investment in startups when they should be just trying to operate an insurance company.

      Very patient with the onboarding processs

      Cons

      lots of old outdated documents, everything is orally passed on so you'd have to bug people all the time for help
