      A lot of chance to experience different tasks, jobs are very secure, reasonable benefit comparing to other industries

      Cons

      To many procedures and controls, and too much controls which kill innovation and flexibility to change. Compensation scheme is not attractive comparing with other hotels in Hong Kong.

      Pros

      coworkers are friendly, working environment is clean. Piano and sing performance every night at lobby bar

      Cons

      uniform is terrible, does not fit at all. Employees have no rules to obey and they view having food from kitchen directly as employee benefit
