Pros

Free movies Flexible schedules Not much else besides that

Cons

Mgmt. will tell you one thing, then expect you to do the exact opposite Customer service comes above anything else so if a customer lies to management, you don't have a chance to defend yourself

Pros

The initial role offers good experience in sales and customer service, but the benefits are overshadowed by internal management failures.

Cons

The primary issue lies in the disconnect between local management and corporate HR, specifically regarding off-boarding and payroll accuracy. I submitted a formal two-week notice which was reportedly never filed by my manager. This resulted in an "ineligible for rehire" status despite my following all proper protocols. Furthermore, communication from Corporate is inconsistent and contradictory. I was told both that my notice was received but my two weeks were incomplete, and then later told that no notice was submitted at all. Even with physical proof of attendance (after a manager failed to adjust a manual clock-in as promised) and proof of the submitted notice, Corporate refused to correct the record.
