      Pros

      A normal company, Don't apply for this company if you are not from Germany

      Cons

      This company doesn't support diversion and inclusiveness of international employees. How can we call ourself as a MNC when we no longer hire people and mentioning in JD that we hire people without considering nation of origin and doing the exact opposite. It's really unfair and I will be resigning by the end of this year.

      Pros

      Young and ambitious team and leadership! Almost everyone shares the mission and it feels like everyone enjoys contributing and coming together to make the company and the vision succeed! Remote culture and true flexibility! Office weeks are mandatory, but truly make a difference for connecting with your team and other departments!

      Cons

      Chaotic like any other scale up and priorities change quickly. Everyone is very young and sometimes lacks a little grounding!
