Small size means there are options for promotions

Work life balance is good, transparency with salary and benefits,

No room for internal growth to Management positions,, a lot of bureaucracy around cross department learning in the Kenyan office, Departments work in silos. Most managers have been with the organization for more that 5 years run it like their household-not open to changes. They see new skilled and young people as threats. HR redundancy processes don’t value employees-Usually done in a hurry with no proper explanation.
