Pros
-50 to 60% discount, Volunteer time off, Cute Clothes, Name recognition
Cons
-Awful place to work at, hours given out to employees are based on sales, so if sales were low that month, expect to have less than 10 hours per week. Barely a part-time job and management is often useless and gives most of the work to sales associates while they are salaried. -Clothing is cheap and you are often getting worn and returned clothing as they are "sustainable" - Poor management and lack of work/life balance during peak times of sales, lack of incentives as stores are given unattainable sales goals. -Rude and entitled customers who are awkward and post very rude reviews but appear nice in person. - Flawed business model as it is too tech-based and does not work well during busy store hours. -Too many collabs for clothes to be truly sustainable, a lot of materials are used to ship things out. -Lack of promotion from within, they somehow find the worst outside hires every time. The work environment is not diverse, and it's obvious with comments made by management. -Lack of training of employees, which impacts how they treat customers.
