      Pros

      The clients that you would work with are great--mainly political candidates and PACs that truly aim to do good.

      Cons

      I would give this place a zero if I could. The workplace is absolutely toxic and completely disorganized. The principal is unwilling to listen or adjust and will only deflect problems to you when something inevitability goes wrong. They shave off time of your paycheck for doctor's appointments and misrepresented the pay scale.

      Great candidates to work with and awesome incentive bonuses when your clients do well. Great management.

      Cons

      Schedules can be somewhat unpredictable during the weeks before an election but otherwise if you do your work you’ll be fine.
