It was a great place to learn more about operations and working with the therapists to build their practices was a plus!

Management is unaware and incompetent. The CEO is so controlling and a micromanager that his presence alone will make you miserable. He berates his employees and refuses to compensate them fairly. No opportunities for advancement.

CEO lies and says you start out as a 1099 and then can become a W2 but he keeps you as a contract to avoid the IRS and paying taxes. Downloads a spying software on your PERSONAL computer.
