They can cut your pay at any time for any reason. I don't really know the CEO, but I'm put off by his personality. You can get fired via a Slack text... The leads I received were very poor and exhausted. I don't know anyone who earns a stable basic salary at this company. Everyone I knew, including managers, received performance-based pay.
