Cons

- Possible working hours of more than 8 hours. - High Standards in Software Engineering (but this is challenging). - Quick adaptability skills are required, because you will often change projects. - Company rules are rapidly changing. - Lack of certainty in providing Monthly Reports for Employee Performance

- Plenty of opportunity for different projects accross the world - Plenty of opportunity for going in different position - Great senior/mentor, they have such very very super massive high standards and knowledges (worldwide standard) - Good for those wanting learn high volumes of knowledge in shortterms on fast-paced environment

Cons

- For very beginner/entry engineer would be struggling in their very-fast-paced work environment - Not for everyone, but learning in here is moderately advantagable
