      The overtime hours I worked.

      Cons

      The managers do little and talk down to the staff so much. We are expected to train staff. We do the snow shoveling and take the garbage out because they don’t take care of the building.

      The management doesn't care how you are treated. Union is always on management side. Supervisors intimidate front line staff
