Pros
Well-organized, Great & fair communication and respect with all positions, and overall a pleasant and fun place to work. A lot of room for creative freedom. I wasn't a 'button-pusher that was expected to follow a specific format. Everyone was supportive about adding my own style of editing which is RARE.
Cons
I have a passion for what I do so I always try to deliver the best work possible. Most of the Producers booked my time as much as possible and always expressed how grateful they were about the amount of effort I put into their projects. Since I was in demand, the Post-Production Supervisor began assigning more and more projects I was expected to complete during my shift (including adding a project that another Editor had worked on that just "needed minor adjustments" but clearly needed to be started from scratch).
