      Getting to meet comic book creators and celebrities Flying to different cities for conventions Working with tons of pop culture fandoms

      Cons

      Very low pay Lage employee turnover (mostly because of the bad pay and stress) Frustrating corporate oversight Gender diverse, but not culturally. Very white.

      You will meet amazing people that you will love.

      Cons

      You won't make much money so you will go through very hard times. You will need a thick skin sometimes brutal changes will occur very suddenly.
