Pros
- Work Life Balance is given importance. - Lots opportunities for technical and soft skills trainings. - Processes and regulations are very well in place and adjusted whenever necessary.
Cons
- Seems to have regular organizational changes which gives a feeling of uncertainty for some people. - Office set up is a bit peculiar (located in 4 different buildings, 2 far apart from the others).
