*Nice work environment. Having a new building of their own soon. *Management makes conscious effort to improve Culture, trying to inject fun and takes feedback positively with regular employee survey (NSP - internal) * Open management/ plenty of meetings to communicate and educate Managers and provide opportunities for employee to do more, tested and then rewarded for performance.
Cons
Every organisation looks at P&L, otherwise they will not be able to sustainable. Thus, employee must make conscious effort especially in today's economy environment to spend every dollar wisely. Thus sometimes it's hard decision had to be made & certain benefits could not be provided for.
