No boundaries for employees. Westlake office specifically has a lot of racism and other extremely inappropriate topics and everyone is fully allowed to speak about it. Low pay. Bad PTO system. Unorganized. Worst management I’ve ever seen on every end. Toxic culture. Everyone is overworked and underpaid, even working nights, weekends, holidays, and on PTO. Lies about compensation/bonuses.
