Pros
If you hate your home life this would be the place to work for as hours are ridiculously long and you never have time to spend with your friends and family. You could qualify for food stamps on these wages. Most of your coworkers smoke cigs as an excuse to get out of the office. You can smoke with them.
Cons
Commission goals were purposely set out of reach so they did not have to pay you. You are forced to eat lunch at your desk. Getting screamed at like a child over things that are out of control.
