Pros
Awesome atmosphere, great co-workers, a lot of work to be done and the works isn't just busy work. The work everyone does is extremely important. I was part time so I can't speculate with benefits. Company is growing very fast and it's exciting to be apart of. Upper management is very open with communicating with you and being apart of the work environment.
Cons
Pay might be a little low but I think that's based on where you work in the company and the industry itself.
