Pros
An ISO company. Work culture is cool. Employees are well trained abroad at manufacturers location.
Cons
No career growth. Salaries are delayed.Company Finance deptt. Is useless and some employees including finance manager need to be replaced. The GM of company is not actively involved in the daily routines taking place.ISO procedures are not followed.Most of the employees are demovated.This company needs a management change.Planning implementing new strategies need to be exercised.
