- Clear favouritism for certain staff members - golf days for certain boys whilst everyone else is working. - Maternity policy not in place for all females - they pick and chose who they give it to - Grown too big as a company and got greedy and only see $ - Put incentive trips in place for the whole team and then when the target was met they chose to only take a selected staff on the trip - They talk about career progression but their idea of progression is changing the title to 'Senior Consultant' - no where to go within the business - The list goes on
