They will hire absolutely anyone so, good for people trying to shake off the "fresher" tag.

- Extremely toxic culture - The marketing team was extremely disrespected by everyone - Management makes the rules but doesn't follow through themselves - Salary gets deducted if anyone makes any mistakes - The marketing dept is a joke. It was created by the owner as a plaything for his wife, who eventually failed to handle it. - Absolutely no work life balance. - They will physically stop you from leaving (blocking the door) if they think your work isn't complete. No matter what time it is. - Once we were kept back from 10am-10pm for no good reason. - Physically abusive to employees. Once the owner threw hot coffee on an employee. Repeatedly throwing laptops and verbally abusive behaviour is very normal. - Management has installed cc cameras with mic so they could hear what the employees talk about. - Absolutely no space for growth

Nothing to be mentioned.its the worst initial days can be good then u wl face nightmare
