Pros

The company gets projects which are completely out of the box. If you work on them you learn more than what you would normally learn by working for several years in other companies. The work culture is really cool. No office politics at all. Employees are valued and respected. You get paid more than what you would get elsewhere.

Cons

As mentioned by others yes salaries do get delayed but hey this is a start-up and money is what a start-up struggles with. So if you are working on cutting edge projects you cannot really complain about getting salaries late because you do get paid be it late or on time. As soon as the client pays for the invoices the money is disbursed to the employees without any delay. The company has employees who have been around for more than 3 years - need I say more?

Pros

Support emplyees who are slaves to mgmt, each department contains one employee who always sends updated info of team members to mgmt. These type of people can get all kind of facilities. Rules are not for these employees. Rules are not applicable to slave employess it may be leaves or late coming or anything. It is okay for them.

Cons

No on time salary., you wont get sal after 20 also. You will confuse on which month salary you get. They ask employees to maintain time to come to office if u late they will cut your salary, but they are not maintining time to pay sal on time. No projects. No growth. No health insurance to employees. This is good company for the emplyee who always send team info to mgmt. They have these kind of people on each department,. Concentrating on employees timing not on projects.
