They have projects where you can grow professionally. They give you independence.
Cons
The salary is below market rate. The company does not provide additional training resources (courses, etc.). They do not provide any equipment if they can avoid it (computer, phone, etc.). Once they fulfill the project, they prioritize business over the company itself. Even if the person providing the outsourcing service is happy in their role and the client company is satisfied, and Reditus has all the conditions to continue the project, they don’t care. They put business before their employees.
