Pros
Nothing. No one is supportive — not even the CEO Pavan Kumar, CTO Arunesh Beri, or the HR team. There is no proper work culture, and the biggest problem is that salaries are not paid on time.
Cons
Working with such an organization itself is a disadvantage. Out of all the startups I have worked with in my career, this has been the worst experience. Salaries are not paid on time. They deduct tax and PF but don't credit the respective amounts into the accounts. Everything is handled manually. Even if you inform Arunesh Beri or Pavan Kumar, they don't do anything — they don't even answer your calls. This was the shortest employment in my career and by far the worst experience. Their main focus seems to be on how to withhold employees' money, including salaries and other dues.
