Nice, accomplished co-workers, but highly demanding, toxic culture - Director Redgrave Employee Review

Extremely demanding hours, big law firm expectations, toxic culture where others are actively seeking to bury others, very little support from upper management, extremely high turnover despite the pay, very little racial diversity. Would not recommend this firm.
