Pros

Such a safe environment where experimentation and transparency of failures is encouraged and supported. Work/life balance is great - there is a genuine focus on people's health and wellbeing

Cons

The company has grown over the past years and continues to do so which is great - this does lead to frustration as we struggle to adapt our processes to cope whilst not losing the things that make us Redgate.

Pros

A company that treats each other reasonably and works hard to grow as a team. We value working in teams We try to be respectful, both in our collaboration and what we ask of each other Great work/life balance

Cons

Mostly a UK company, so those of us in the US are a bit removed Leadership is good, but we've had some turnover and they have work to do to grow together As we have grown over 500 people we have challenges of keeping a strong culture going. It's still there, but a little diluted in newer hires
