      Pros

      Redgate are very flexible and put the employee first. Have done a great job during the pandemic and supported remote working.

      Cons

      Only slight downside I can think of is the commute being Cambridge based, but this is largely mitigated by the flexible start time allowing you to avoid the worst of the traffic.

      Pros

      A company that treats each other reasonably and works hard to grow as a team. We value working in teams We try to be respectful, both in our collaboration and what we ask of each other Great work/life balance

      Cons

      Mostly a UK company, so those of us in the US are a bit removed Leadership is good, but we've had some turnover and they have work to do to grow together As we have grown over 500 people we have challenges of keeping a strong culture going. It's still there, but a little diluted in newer hires
