Pros

A company that treats each other reasonably and works hard to grow as a team. We value working in teams We try to be respectful, both in our collaboration and what we ask of each other Great work/life balance

Cons

Mostly a UK company, so those of us in the US are a bit removed Leadership is good, but we've had some turnover and they have work to do to grow together As we have grown over 500 people we have challenges of keeping a strong culture going. It's still there, but a little diluted in newer hires

Collaborative, people-first culture — colleagues are kind, thoughtful, and willing to help. • Flexible remote work policy with great work-life balance and trust in employees. • High-quality products with a strong reputation in the SQL Server and DevOps space. • Thoughtful onboarding and training for technical roles, especially in presales and customer success. • Leadership is transparent and open to feedback—even during difficult transitions.

Cons

Growing pains from scaling globally—some internal processes are still evolving or inconsistent. • Decision-making can be slow, especially when cross-team collaboration is required. • Limited visibility into career pathing beyond IC roles unless you’re proactive. • Tooling is outdated in some areas, with room to modernize internal systems.
