The Owners: Three completely unqualified individuals who purchased a company and installed themselves as leaders. They lack even the most basic leadership skills. They cannot manage people, create or execute strategy, or manage a budget. They don't even understand the fundamentals of marketing – and that's not a joke. They consistently lie to everyone: employees, clients, and vendors alike. Their actions are shady, dishonest, and entirely unqualified. The Product: The product itself is subpar, and the owners are too clueless to know how to properly market it. Leadership: The company once had promising young leaders who were eager for growth but were drained of curiosity, passion, and motivation by the owners. After all the capable people left, the owners hired failed, discriminatory leaders from other companies. One of these leaders even used a racial slur to refer to clients—their own customers. They also openly disparage the team in the Philippines.
