I worked with and met some great people at Redeem

It would have been even better if the different UK locations worked more closely together but I understand geography played a part in this

There are absolutely no Pros at all.

Working hours - Abysmal working hours with additional mandatory overtime demand. If overtime is refused, they threaten you with a disciplinary. Incompetence - The level of incompetence is astounding, the higher the level of management the increase in incompetence. Almost none of the senior management have a clue about their job role. Morale - The morale is appalling, which is due to the above two points, as well as being milked dry for minimum wage. General attitude - If you are not in the managements 'clique', be warned that you will be treated with the utmost disrespect. They pick and choose who to discipline and let the worse offenders get away with everything due to being 'buddies'.
