It's not the same place anymore . The loose a lot of clients (the good ones, with edge technologies and good people to work with) , only left the horrible clients , those ones that treat you like garbage or excrement. The management seems to be more concerned about stalking girls and making money than for the good of his employees. The salary adjustments are a joke , 10 or 13 percent (if you are lucky) when the inflation is about 40 percent. The income is measured in US dollars , so they are just getting more cheap employees (like a China's slave factory hahah). The project managers are the worst I ever seen , they works (literally) 2 o 3 hours in the worst scenario, the rest of the time they are pushing you to do overwork or just the are lazing around doing nothing and making jokes about you. In the past months , around 30 to 35 workers left the company for these reasons. Finally, there is a sere val difference in salary for the same position , depends how friend of the head of the company you are. If you are in the inner circle of the big ones, you will get a obscene amount of money and ya lot of lazy time.
