Pros
Didn't find any pros to share. I will give negative ratings for work/life balance and senior management.
Cons
I joined this company through campus placement based on clear promises regarding salary, learning opportunities, and career growth. However, after joining, the reality was completely different.
The most concerning issue was compensation. The salary promised during campus hiring was significantly reduced (by around 50%) at the time of onboarding, which felt misleading and unfair.
The training period was extremely stressful and poorly managed. From day one, there was constant pressure and repeated messaging that trainees were “not performing well” and might not be confirmed. This was despite the fact that most of us were top performers in our colleges. It is difficult to believe that an entire batch suddenly became underperformers, which raises concerns about the evaluation process.
Only around 35% of the batch was confirmed after training. Many employees chose to leave shortly after due to the environment and lack of clarity.
HR interactions were also discouraging. Feedback was often delivered in a way that reduced morale rather than helping employees improve. The overall environment felt negative and unsupportive.
Salary offered during hiring not honored
Extremely high pressure during training
Low confirmation rate with unclear criteria
Poor communication and transparency
Demotivating work culture
