Pros
Full bar, cool coworkers, flexible hours (for the most part).
Cons
I didn't realize just how bad this environment was until after I had been out for a month or so. The only way I can accurately describe it is like being in an emotionally abusive relationship. Yes, there's fun...but the employees pay for that fun. The owner/"Executive Creative Director" is an eternal frat boy. He's all over the place and regularly changes directions on a whim. Management is constantly scheming against each other and their respective employees. They hire young, hungry individuals but have zero clue how to motivate or manage millennials. The scheming pushes more senior employees to act in the same manner which trickles down from there. Everyone is out for themselves "in the name of the client". It creates a horrific environment to be apart of. The worst part is that, after many years, you start to think this type of unprofessional behavior is normal.
