Pros

The only redeeming quality of this organization is the people on the ground—the employees who show up every day, do the real work, and try to maintain some level of quality and integrity despite being completely unsupported by leadership. My team members were some of the most hardworking, dedicated professionals I’ve had the privilege to work with. They deserve real leadership, not the dysfunction they’re stuck under.

Cons

Let’s be clear: Who ever appointed this senior executive for this program is actively destroying this company from the inside out. Their leadership is rooted in fear, control, and manipulation. They don’t lead—they intimidate, micromanage, and gaslight anyone who challenges their authority. Speak up and you’re branded a problem. Push back and you’re threatened or shut down. To distract from the chaos, they rolled out the “Performance Goals + DRIVE Program”—a hollow initiative that’s nothing more than a smokescreen. It’s presented as a development tool, but in reality, it’s a tool of control—used to force compliance, justify favoritism, and punish dissent. It’s not about growth or performance; it’s about optics and power. But the biggest betrayal is the lies. Constant, calculated lies about compensation, advancement, and career development. Leadership sells false hopes and dreams to keep people in line—offering promises of raises, promotions, and “growth opportunities” that never happen. Ask for what you were told to expect, and suddenly you’re “not aligned” or “not eligible.” Even worse: everyone who started around the same time I did received raises in their second year—except me. I met expectations, worked hard, and stayed loyal—only to be ignored, passed over, and lied to. The favoritism is blatant. The dishonesty is routine. And no one in leadership is held accountable. Meanwhile, morale is in freefall. The good people are burning out or walking out. And the Senior executive? Still failing upward, unchecked, while pretending everything is fine.

Pros

Awesome management, excellent work life balance and high expectations. Absolutely LOVED my role here, my team and my boss. They expect a lot and will treat you right if you are a hard worker and honest employee.

Cons

I resigned after a change in CSuite leadership (CEO, President of our Department etc), and other layoffs I felt changes were coming and wanted to get ahead of those. I resigned however loved working for Red River and would work for them again if the opportunity presented itself. True professionals.
