Awesome coworkers, great work environment, minimal stress, very flexible, great benefits
Cons
low pay, raises don't keep up with inflation/cost of living, board has to approve pay so managers have little to no say, limited internal career growth

Awesome management, excellent work life balance and high expectations. Absolutely LOVED my role here, my team and my boss. They expect a lot and will treat you right if you are a hard worker and honest employee.
Cons
I resigned after a change in CSuite leadership (CEO, President of our Department etc), and other layoffs I felt changes were coming and wanted to get ahead of those. I resigned however loved working for Red River and would work for them again if the opportunity presented itself. True professionals.
